Girls Only was created by Barbara Gehring and Linda Klein, Denver actors, who adapted the earnest and sweetly absurd writings they discovered in their girlhood diaries into a show that has been enjoyed by more than 110,000 women nationwide. Gehring and Klein, the original cast members, will open the engagement and later yield the stage to local actors. Fresh from a highly successful, two-year run in Denver, the show has also touched a chord in Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC and in Gehring’s home town, Winnipeg, Canada. The Des Moines Register says, “Girls Only is like one big sleepover–without having to worry about your dad coming down to shush everyone.”

HENNEPIN THEATRE TRUST, owner of the historic State, Orpheum and Pantages Theatres, is a non-profit organization devoted to enriching the vibrant cultural atmosphere of the Twin Cities. For more information, visit HennepinTheatreTrust.org
